What is a word?
No one asks.
They follow blindly,
Unable to adapt.
The word is a sound,
A vibration of air,
And if no one heard it,
No one would care.
But of course,
You heard it,
You said it,
You care.
Your mind gives meaning,
To the vibrations you form,
And sound is just that,
It's never been more.
But a word is different,
While still just a sound,
Like a crash,
Like a slap,
Like a wave hits the shore,
Like a bird taking flight.
Even silence is a sound,
It means nothings there,
Not thinking,
Not moving,
Not there at all,
But, that's right!
